![]() ![]() Click the checkbox, then the drop-down box and in there select "System(Enhanced)". In the resulting flyout, there is a section for "High DPI scaling override". This will bring up a page that has a button (near the bottom) for "Change high DPI settings". In the next box, I clicked the Compatibility tab. exe file of Flame Painter 4 (Program files/Flame Painter 4/Flame Painter 4.exe) and right-clicked on it - in the resultant dialog box, I clicked Properties (at the bottom). That immediately brought the cursor and brush together.Ģnd - There appears to be a bug in the 4K scaling with this release. Same results.ġst - for the pen tracking - I went to Preferences, Pen Tablet and clicked "Use mouse position". I tried the program with both the integrated graphics and the NVidia board. I uninstalled the 32-bit version and reinstalled the 64-bit version and still the same results. I have a 64-bit system I uninstalled it, installed the 32-bit version, tried it got the same behavior. This behavior appeared with both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of FP4. I might get a splotch ten or more seconds from when a brushstroke was made (or I might not). With the mouse, I didn't even get that much. If I moved the pen around way over there on the left over the tools, I got a scribble in the drawing area. In the screenshot I've attached, the scribbled yellow X over there on the left in the tool panels shows where my pen cursor was and the streak inside the drawing area shows what resulted. ![]() With the tablet, the brush marks in the drawing area were WAY offset to the right from where the pen itself is positioned. ![]() Drivers are installed (freshly updated also, as an effort to see if it would help) and tablet works as expected elsewhere.įP4 was unusable as a fresh installation with either the tablet or the mouse. SSD drive is half full (and this program is installed to the SSD). My computer is a Dell Inspigaming laptop, 4K NVidia graphics (GeForce GTX 1060) Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit, 16 GB Ram, and 500 GB SSD HD (plus a 1 T standard HD). ![]()
